This is a long journey between Uzone and a UK company in 2019.
The customer Mr.P asked for some samples of newly developed products in February, he loved the quality and required more similar designs in other colors.
In March, a total of 5 different glass products were chosen and we started working on the custom designs with the customer. It is such a challenging part to make ideas come to reality. The drawings were adjusted 3 times.
After another 3 rounds of sampling, Mr.P confirmed 7 silk printings on the bottles and jars finally. Besides, the new birch box for each item and the sets were added. That means a total of 14 drawings were there.
From simple printing to different hot stamping, from the logo to the bar code, all details were negotiated step by step, and every detail must be accurate.
The preparation really took a long but the result seems quite worth it. All the products were manufactured in September, and all the efforts during these 7 months were paid back.
Mr.P and his partner loved the products so much and these series were booked before launching. They became the core products on their site. And this is not the end, more designs and orders are following.
